OUR STORY

We manage the machines, so you can run the business.

Mintari is a two-person AI consulting and software studio based in Southeast Asia, working in Thai and English for clients in Thailand, Vietnam, and worldwide. We build custom software and AI systems for small and mid-sized businesses — and then, unlike most builders, we stay: managing the AI employees we deploy, month after month, so our clients get the results without ever having to become technologists.

We started with the hardest possible test case: a 32-year-old family auto-parts and repair business with zero digital records. No spreadsheets, no POS, no inventory list — just three decades of paper and memory. Ninety days later, the whole operation ran through a Thai-language AI chatbot, every employee used it daily, and the business had its first-ever P&L. That project became Auto Shop OS, our first product, and it set the standard for everything we take on: real businesses, real adoption, measured results.

We're honest about our size and our stage. We are two people, we take on a small number of clients, and our early clients get early prices in exchange for helping us prove the model. What we lack in headcount we make up for in something bigger firms can't offer: the people who sold you the system are the same people who built it, trained your staff on it, and answer the group chat when you message.

What we believe

Adoption is the product.

Software nobody uses is a decoration. We stay until your team actually runs on the system — our reference project hit full staff adoption in 30 days.

Show the receipts.

Every AI employee keeps a value ledger and sends a weekly report of hours and money saved. If we can't measure it, we won't sell it.

Speak the client's language.

Discovery in Thai, training in Thai, support in Thai — or English. Never through a translator, never in jargon.

We eat our own cooking.

Our own company runs on the same managed AI agents we sell. Our task tracking, reporting, and research are done by the employees we'd deploy for you.

Founders

Mint

Co-founder & Engagement Manager

  • client engagement
  • requirements
  • Thai-market lead
  • AI-assisted build (Claude Code, Cursor)

Mint leads every Mintari engagement from the client's side of the table. She spent 8 years at Krungsri Bank (MUFG network) as a Senior Relationship Manager for 50+ Japanese multinational subsidiaries — growing her portfolio's profit 140% with zero errors across 300+ monthly transactions — before turning that same discipline toward helping small businesses adopt AI.

She runs discovery, turns messy real-world operations into clear requirements, keeps projects honest on scope and timeline, and stays until the team actually uses the system — her last transformation went from zero digital records to full staff adoption in 30 days. She works in Thai and English, and she has never met a paper ledger she couldn't retire.

BSc Mathematics, Chulalongkorn University. Advanced English Program, RMIT University.

Ari

Co-founder, Solutions Architect & AI Engineer

  • systems architecture
  • AI engineering (Claude API)
  • product management
  • digital transformation

Ari has spent 25 years building products and companies across New York, Los Angeles, and now Southeast Asia. He's a four-time founder and career Senior Product Manager who led the digital transformation of five storied art-world magazines — including Andy Warhol's Interview — growing digital revenue by 60–300% and helping carry the publishing house to acquisition. He later led six teams of 30+ developers building smart-display platforms as Senior PM at WHIM/Videri.

Today he designs and builds Mintari's systems end to end: architecture, databases, AI engineering, and cost controls. He built Auto Shop OS solo — a 14-table business system and Thai-language AI chatbot that runs a real company's daily operations on less than $1 a day of AI cost. Two decades of product discipline, finally pointed at code he can ship himself.

Book a free 30-minute call. We'll tell you honestly whether it fits — and if it doesn't, we'll tell you that too.

We're early, and we're honest about it: our first clients get lower prices in exchange for being part of building this. That window won't stay open long.
