We come into your business — in person where possible, remotely where not — and interview the people who actually do the work, in Thai or English. We map how money, stock, and information really move, including all the parts that live in someone's head or a paper notebook.
You get back a plain-language report: what's costing you time and money today, what to digitize, in what order, what it should cost, and what can wait. We'll also tell you what not to build — most businesses need less software than they think, applied to the right spot.
If the plan points to a build or an AI employee, we'll propose it in phases. If it points somewhere we're not the right fit, we'll say so.

- Do we need to prepare anything?
- No. Businesses with paper records, or no records, are exactly who this is for.
- Is the audit fee credited if we build with you?
- No — the audit is a complete product on its own, and the plan is yours to keep or take to any developer. What audit clients do get: first priority in our build schedule, and quotes grounded in work we've already done together — which usually makes the build phase faster and cheaper than starting cold.
- Can you do this remotely?
- Yes — discovery calls, photos of your paperwork, and screen-shared walkthroughs. In-person is better if you're in Thailand or Vietnam.
