The Challenge
- A Mexican-ingredient wholesaler in Vietnam ran orders through a downloadable Excel sheet of the full inventory — error-prone to fill, error-prone to transcribe to staff, and disconnected from the 20-year-old database the business actually runs on.
What We Built
- A custom website with a modern three-step ordering flow that replaced a downloadable Excel sheet — orders now arrive formatted in the shop's own parlance, ending transcription errors between the owner and his staff.
- A one-click export lets the shop pull current stock from its 20-year-old database and auto-populate the site in under a minute, delivered with hands-on training.
The Results
- The owner updates products, prices, and inventory without any technical help — and kept the legacy system his business already runs on.
